摘 要：盐酸丙卡特罗是第３代高选择性支气管beta;２-受体兴奋剂，有平喘、祛痰和镇咳作用，常用于治疗支气管哮喘、喘息性支气管炎、伴有支气管反应性增高的急性支气管炎、慢性阻塞性肺等疾病。本文重点探讨了盐酸丙卡特罗的合成工艺改进，为后续开展工艺流程改进工作进行文献的整理总结。

Review on Chemical Process Improvement of Procaterol Hydrochloride

Abstract: Procaterol Hydrochloride is the third generation of highly selective bronchial beta; 2-receptor stimulant, which has antiasthmatic, expectorant and antitussive effects. It is a commonly used drug for the treatment of bronchial asthma, asthmatic bronchitis, acute bronchitis accompanied by increased bronchial reactivity, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and other diseases. This paper focuses on the improvement of the synthetic process of Procaterol hydrochloride, and summarizes for the subsequent improvement of the process flow.
