武术段位制在杭州中小学开展可行性研究

摘要
本文通过对杭州市中小学武术段位制开展的可行性进行研究,分析其优势探讨其不足,并通过武术段位制内容、武术段位制制度等方面来促进学校武术的发展。研究表明:当前杭州市中小学开设武术课程、大课间课外活动以及建设校武术训练队情况比较好。武术段位制进校园学习与教学有利于传播弘扬中华武术,武术段位制进校园有利于练武者学习武术的积极性,促进中小学生的身心健康具有积极的作用,也是发展全民健身的有效途径。因此,在杭州市中小学促进《武术段位制》的开展和发展具有重要的意义。根据当前杭州市中小学武术课程开展现状分析认为,当前促进杭州市中小学武术段位制进校园实施的有利条件在于学生对于武术项目特别的喜欢,具有较好的兴趣爱好。同时对于《武术段位制》的参与学习动机非常的明确。有利于武术项目在杭州市中小学的普及和发展。本研究分析认为影响《武术段位制》杭州市中小学开展的因素主要包学校领导的重视程度、学校武术教师师资力量、《武术段位制》系列课程教材的选定与使用、《武术段位制》在中小学的宣传力度等问题。

Abstract
This paper studies the feasibility of the WushuDuan System in primary and secondary schools in Hangzhou, analyzes its advantages and explores its shortcomings, and promotes the development of school Wushu through the content of the WushuDuan System and the WushuDuan System system. Studies have shown that the current situation in Hangzhou primary and secondary schools offering martial arts courses, extracurricular activities between classes, and building school martial arts training teams is better. The martial arts danwei system entering campus learning and teaching is conducive to spreading and promoting Chinese martial arts, and the martial arts danwei system entering the campus is conducive to the enthusiasm of martial arts practitioners to learn martial arts. It has a positive effect on promoting the physical and mental health of primary and middle school students and is also an effective way to develop national fitness. Therefore, it is of great significance to promote the development and development of the 'Martial Arts Duan System' in Hangzhou primary and secondary schools. According to the analysis of the current situation of the development of martial arts courses in primary and secondary schools in Hangzhou, it is believed that the current favorable conditions for promoting the implementation of the martial arts rank system in primary and secondary schools in Hangzhou are that students particularly like martial arts and have good interests. At the same time, the motivation to participate in the study of 'WushuDanwei System' is very clear. It is conducive to the popularization and development of martial arts projects in Hangzhou citys primary and secondary schools. This research analyzes that the factors that affect the development of 'WushuDanwei System' in Hangzhou primary and secondary schools mainly include the importance of school leaders, the strength of school martial arts teachers, the selection and use of the 'WushuDanwei System' series of course materials, and the 'WushuDanwei System' Issues such as the intensity of publicity in primary and secondary schools.

中国武术作为中华民族传统项目,是中国民族文化的传承载体之一。中国武术的发展伴随着社会的发展而发展。武术段位制的推广正是在适应社会需求的基础上为了更好的促进武术项目的普及和发展提出的。中国武术协会以及各地方教育局为了更好的促进武术段位制的推广,立足实际条件,在新思想、新观念的指导下针对中国武术段位制进行了不断的创新与改革,来适应当前武术段位制在中小学的推广,为青少年中是推广中华民族传统武术奠定了基础。中小学生是国家的前途和未来,在中小学中推广武术段位制可以优化当前武术教育教学机制,促进青少年武术教育健康发展。武术段位制从指定到实施,在中小学中得到了绝大部分学生的认可和支持。武术段位制的晋级与晋段可以满足不同技术水平学生的武术锻炼需求,同时为青少年设立逐级递进的学习目标。学生有了学习目标才能能够更好的参加武术锻炼,武术学习兴趣才能得到培养。可见,武术段位制在中小学的推广是中小学校园武术教育的有利杠杆,对于推进中华民族传统武术进学校,传承武术文化具有积极的推动作用。
