research purpose:

with the acceleration of globalization, cross-cultural exchange andcommunication across time and space have been shifting from the fields ofeconomy, science and technology to the fields of politics and culture. in thenew era, chinese civilization has spread to all parts of the world throughvarious channels and media. animation, asa vivid form of artistic expression, is welcomed by the public for its uniqueadvantages. with the gradual growth of china's animated film industry, more andmore people are paying attention to chinese animated films. this thesis focuses on oriental animation works. it aimsto analyze the influence of newly developed chinese animated films on thecross-cultural communication and exchange of chinese and western civilizationsby comparing and analyzing animation works in different periods, exploring and summarizingthe changes from a cross-cultural perspective. it also serves to provide newideas for the internationalization of chinese civilization.
