1. 研究目的与意义
Oral English learning is the most important part of learning,based on the current situation of Chineseinternational cooperation and economic reform and opening up.The paperhopesthat the research on the anxiety of students' oral English learning will help students to solve the problems of learning anxiety.First of all, this paper attempts to explore whether there is existence of anxietyof English Majors in Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine and the reasons for the anxiety.This paper will combine the input hypothesis and the affective filter hypothesis to propose suggestions to reduce the students' oral English learning anxiety and improvetheiroral English abilityand give teachers advices to arouse the enthusiasm of students, help students to rebuild the confidence of learning English, cultivatestudents' positive emotional attitude in English learning process, increase students' interest in learning English, make them be willing to understand the foreign culture and stimulate the students' enthusiasm for learning Englishin order to achieve the purpose of improving oral English teaching effect.

2.1.1the definition of oral expression
the spoken language consists oflistening and speaking. listening is thepremiseof speaking. the ability of spoken language in this paperrefers to the ability to speak.generally speaking,ahigher ability of oral englishis that thetone is accurate, natural and smooth,andthe contentis rich which has lessgrammatical errors and pragmatic errors.
3. 设计方案和技术路线
In this study, a questionnaire is used as the research method.Questionnaire can be given outto many people at the same time, which is economic to carry out. The format of questionnaireisunifiedwhich is easy toanalyze bystatistics and comparison.At the same time, the questionnaire was sent to all the research objects.The recovered data ismore accurate.This questionnaire is designed with the content and form of a master's questionnaireandwas revised bymysupervisor.The questionnaire is made up of two parts.The first part is about personal information, including studentnumber, name, class, years of English learning, personal satisfactionof oral English.The second part is the investigation oforalEnglish anxiety.There are 18 questions in all.It refers to thesituation, internal and external causes in the learning of oralEnglish.As isshown in table 1.

5. 难点与创新点
through this study, students can overcome personal anxiety, to build up harmonious relationship between teachers and students, actively participate in the classroom, and improve the ability of oral expression. It is of great practical significance to study the anxiety of students' oral English learning and adopt effective teaching methods based on the above situation.
