1. 研究目的与意义(文献综述)

1.1 purpose and significance

the title of this graduation design is "matching design of a type of vehicle transmission system based on avl-cruise", the purpose of which is to design different matching parameters for a vehicle transmission system, and then use avl-cruise software for modeling analysis and comparison. based on the analysis results, analyze the impact of different matching methods on the vehicle's power and economy, and finally, select the appropriate matching method according to the needs.

reasonable matching of the transmission system can effectively improve the vehicle's power and fuel economy, for example:the main transmission ratio is large, the power is enhanced,the main transmission ratio is small,and the economy will be better; the more the number of transmissions, the more power and the better the economy[1]and so on. each set of matching data needs to pass the continuous verification and testing in the automobile proving ground before deciding whether to adopt or not. therefore, how to efficiently and orderly design and select a suitable and reasonable match is particularly important. when performing matching design, multiple sets of matching parameters are usually designed, and then experimental analysis and comparison are performed,and the group that meets the requirements is finally selected.however, if every match has to go to the car test site for test analysis and verification, the entire design process will be stretched long,which will not only waste a lot of manpower and material resources, but may even miss the best because of this. period of research and development,in the end the gains and losses. in order to fully utilize the existing resources to the maximum extent, or to obtain the maximum return with the least cost,and avoid unnecessary waste, related simulation software has emerged from time to time to meet people's needs. using the designer can initially perform some simulation analysis on various design schemes in a convenient way[2]within limited time, space,and resources. after making some trade-offs and modifications based on the simulation results, the car test can be performed.field test. of course, the requirements for software design are also very strict. the software needs a large amount of experimental data for reference analysis to ensure the reliability of the simulation results. the use of simulation software provides great convenience for the research and design process. this is the significance of using avl-cruise software to match the design of the vehicle transmission system.

2. 研究的基本内容与方案

2.1 basic content of research(design)

1. by analyzing the design goals of a certain type of vehicle, determine the basic structural type of the vehicle, design the relevant parameters of the transmission system under the premise of a given power unit, and initially select a variety of transmission system matching schemes.

2. apply avl / cruise to model the whole vehicle, perform performance simulation and theoretical analysis for different combinations of power units and transmission systems, and finally select the optimal match between the transmission and the main reducer that meet the specified performance requirements.
