1. 研究目的与意义(文献综述)

1.1 purpose and significance

the topic of this graduation project is "finiteelement analysis of armored vehicle body bullet-proof". the purpose is touse abaqus software to establish the finite element model of armored vehicleand analyze the response process of armored vehicle body to bullets underdifferent sizes, speeds and angles of impact, as well as the influence ofresidual stress on body bullet-proof.

with the changing strategic situation andbattlefield environment, the survivability of military vehicles, especially thebulletproof performance, has gradually become a focus of modern militaryvehicle research. nowadays, under the environment of people's pursuit of peace,the main purpose of the army has gradually evolved from war between countriesto peacekeeping, anti-terrorism, riot control and other actions. and militaryvehicles are gradually changing from fighting in valleys and plains to carryingout military missions in cities and streets [2], so military vehicles arerequired not only to have adequate protection capabilities, but also to havethe ability to flexibly complete tasks in these special battlefields. armoredvehicles naturally became the main vehicles. however, modern armored vehiclesare still unable to make a trade-off between protection and mobility, whichoften leads to insufficient protection and mobility and is easy to be attackedby hidden enemies, thus unable to complete the task quickly in a limited space.

2. 研究的基本内容与方案

2.1 basic contents of design

in the past bullet-proof experiments, the experimentalobject is usually a simplified armor plate. however, in actual situation, therewill always be some residual stress inside the armored vehicle after it isformed. these residual stresses may have some influence on the bullet-proof of armor. based on the simulation of bullet-proof test, the finite element modelof armored steel is established in abaqus software, and the comparison with andwithout residual stress is set up. under the conditions of different bulletspeeds and different incident angles, the impact simulation is carried outrespectively. by comparing the simulation results obtained from the analysis,the influence of residual stress on the bullet-proof of armored car body issummarized.

Carefully consult therelevant literature,understand the whole process, understand various common ballistic testanalysis methods, and deeply understand various anti-elastic test data andbasis.

Complete the core foreign languagetranslation closely related to this project.

Submit the abstract of literature retrieval, write the proposal, andcomplete the online submission of the proposal.

Learn the application of Abaqussoftware

Establish the steel targetmodel and bullet model.

(3.28-4.3)

Simulate and analyze theimpact resistance of steel.

Continuously optimize theresidual stress applied by the control steel target to achieve the bestanti-elasticity.

Complete the drawings,instructions and papers required for graduation design, and submit them tothe instructor for review and revision.
