1 significance of lightweight design
1.1 domestic and foreign design status
since the national policy of reform and opening up in the 1980s, the container manufacturing industry has been gradually transferred to china, and the design and development of the container manufacturing industry has been gradually transferred from the united states, japan, south korea and other countries to china, until china has become the world's largest container producer, the container structure has gradually matured. along with the rapid development of container manufacturing, the lightweight improvement of container structure has already lost the corresponding power in foreign countries, while in china, zhongji group —— the largest manufacturer of container has made some innovative attempts. since 2008, by applying high strength steel and other non-metallic materials to achieve lightweight results, the weight of each header can be reduced by 300 kg, if widely used, it can save 900,000 tons of steel per year. in the design concept, through cooperation with external suppliers, zhongji also put forward the concept of a new generation of container, that is, safety, green, intelligence, lightweight. although zhongji group has used new materials, new designs, new processes and so on, it has not been able to promote the application of this kind of device because of its high cost[1].

1.3 the main research contents of this subject
according to the current container research data and literature, the container structure has developed in china for more than 30 years. although it has been gradually optimized, the overall container structure has not changed much, and the containerization level of logistics transportation is still very low. this paper will study the composite container of fuxing high-speed railway, understand its material, structure and other properties, and then improve the material of the container, but also analyze the force of the structure, optimize the image morphology, topology optimization and so on[11]. then we use the mainstream 3d analysis software to analyze the force, load and so on to ensure that the optimized container can compound the design requirements[12].
