pure electric vehicles have a history of more than 100 years.the earliest electric vehicles appeared even more than ten years earlier than internal combustion engines.however, due to the immaturity of the power battery and drive control technology at that time, the development has been slow and far behind the traditional internal combustion engine vehicles. later, with the continuous development of power electronics technology, especially the improvement of power battery technology, electric vehicles have experienced several leapfrog developments, and the technical level has greatly improved [1]. in recent years, due to the dual considerations of environmental protection and energy conservation, government departments have gradually put forward higher requirements for automobile emissions, and auto companies also hope to occupy a place in the future automobile pattern, which has triggered a new round of research and development of electric vehicles. , demonstration and industrialization [2].
with the clarity of national policy orientation and the active support of local governments, the rapid development of the new energy vehicle industry has become an inevitable trend, and it will eventually promote the pure electricization of the automotive industry.axle products are important parts of the entire vehicle. it will closely follow the development trend of vehicle electrification. as the core part of electric vehicle drive systems, axles have been widely concerned by domestic researchers and enterprises, and a lot of research has been carried out [3]. the research mainly focuses on the research of axle housing reliability and lightweight design [4], energy recycling and reuse, and the service life of various parts of the axle assembly.the purpose is to improve the performance requirements of the axle and the entire vehicle.
