1.1研究目的及意义

城市道路分为快速路、主干路、次干路、支路,而城市快速路是道路网络的主要骨架,主要满足大容量、远距离的出行,它是解决城市日益严峻的拥堵和城市规模不断扩大的主要手段。然而随着社会经济的发展、人民生活水平的提高、城市化进程的加快、汽车保有量的增加等原因,人们对于道路的需求越来越大,快速路由于其快速便捷、适合远距离出行等优点吸引了大量机动车进入快速路上行驶,进而城市快速路日益拥堵,特别是与常规道路的衔接段出现了许多交通问题,这导致快速路不能发挥原有功能,汽车延误增加,即快速路不“快”,进而严重影响交通运行与经济发展。而这主要是因为快速路与常规道路衔接段的不合理设计造成的,因此,通过优化设计快速路与常规道路的衔接段来提高快速路行车速度、降低汽车延误和提高快速路交通安全水平减少事故从而提高其服务水平,这将更利于经济的发展和行车驾驶安全。

urban roads are divided into expressway, trunk road, secondary trunk road and branch road, and urban expressway is the main framework of road network, which mainly meets the needs of large capacity and long-distance travel. it is the main means to solve the increasingly severe congestion and the continuous expansion of urban scale. however, with the development of social economy, the improvement of people’s living standards, the acceleration of urbanization, the increase of car ownership and other reasons, people’s demand for roads is growing. because of its rapidityand convenience, suitabilityfor long-distance travel and other advantages, the expressway attracts a large number of motor vehicles to drive on the expressway, and then the urban expressway is increasingly congested, especially with the conventional road.there are many traffic problems in the connecting section, which leads to the failure of the expressway to play its original function and the increase of vehicle delay, that is, the expressway is not “fast”, thus seriously affecting the traffic operation and economic development. this is mainly due to the unreasonable design of the connecting section between the expressway and the conventional road. therefore, by optimizing the connecting section between the expressway and the conventional road, we can improve the speed of the expressway, reduce the vehicle delay, improve the traffic safety level of the expressway, reduce the accidents and improve the service level, which will be more conducive to the economic development.

2. 研究的基本内容与方案

2.1研究内容与思路

(1)在已有的研究理论上选取某一典型城市快速路与常规道路衔接段和采集相关数据进行现状问题分析与提出;

(2)通过仿真实验得出现状下快速路车辆数、排队长队、延误、车道占用率等指标值;

(3)运用现有理论,对现状衔接段交通组织进行优化设计、出入口设置形式优化、出入口匝道与常规道路邻近交叉口协调控制和相邻匝道协调控制等来改善衔接段的交通“瓶颈”问题;

3. 研究计划与安排

(1)3月15号前,完成文献综述。

(2)3月16号—3月25号,上传开题报告和外文翻译,指导教师完成评阅审核。

(3)3月26号—5月25号,实例考察,采集数据并分析整理、设计优化方案、仿真实验、方案验证以及论文撰写。
