如今的企业,员工的工作运作大多是以团队的形式运营的。
团队在公司中就有这举足轻重的作用。
但是,在当今的好多团队工作场所都存在着一些不文明现象,这些不文明现象严重影响着团队的工作效率和工作满意度。
2. 研究内容和预期目标
本文在具体论述员工工作效率影响因素的同时,着重阐述团队工作场所不文明现象对员工工作效率的影响。
另外,还从多个角度研究团队工作场所不文明行为对员工职业满意度的影响。
具体研究的问题如下:1. 团队工作员工工作效率的多重影响因数。
3. 国内外研究现状
分析团队工作场所不文明行为对员工工作效率和职业满意度的影响就必须来了解员工工作效率和职业满意度影响因素的研究现状。
(一)研究员工工作效率的影响因素员工工作积极性影响着企业的工作效率、生产成本和管理,这关系到企业的经济发展。
然而现在的企业有着各种各样的问题影响着员工的工作积极性,员工自身也有着影响自己工作积极性的原因。
4. 计划与进度安排
2022年12月1日-2022年12月10日 确定论文总体研究方案。
2022年12月11日-2022年12月30日 选择研究工具并确定研究样本的选择范围(或确定案例企业)2022年1月1日-2022年3月30日 实地调研,收集数据和资料。
2022年1月1日-2022年4月10日 撰写论文,完成中期检查。
