the relevance of the chosen topic of the thesis is due to the fact that in kazakhstan today this phenomenon needs to be developed . the concept of legal policy of the republic of kazakhstan, adopted in 2002, defined the main directions of development of the legal system of the country. over the past years, a number of important legislative acts have been adopted that contribute to the progressive development of state and public institutions, ensuring sustainable socio-economic development of kazakhstan.
