1. 研究目的与意义(文献综述)

in today's world,the shortage of fossil resources and the problem of environmental pollution arebecoming more serious. these problems are forcing the automotive industry totransform and move towards efficient, green and clean. at this time, the developmentof pure electric vehicles is the right thing to do. the development of pureelectric vehicles can reduce china's dependence on oil, use more coal toprotect the country's energy security; move towards pure electricity, use thenew energy revolution to end the technological advantages of developedcountries, and achieve curve overtaking.

as early as themid-19th century, in 1881, the first electric car using lead-acid batteriesappeared; in the early 20th century, the development of internal combustion enginesbrought pure electric vehicles out of the market; in the 1960s, the oil crisiscaused people to re-emphasize pure electric vehicles. automobiles; in the1990s, battery technology lags behind, and manufacturers of electric vehicleschange their development direction and move towards hybrid power. in the early21st century, battery technology made breakthroughs and countries began toapply electric vehicles on a large scale. looking back at the developmenthistory of pure electric vehicles, it can be seen that with the breakthrough ofbattery technology, the development of pure electric vehicles is the prospectof the automotive industry.

although thedevelopment of pure electric vehicles is in full swing, there are still someproblems and technical difficulties. for example, in the case of the samecomfort, a pure electric vehicle suspension has higher requirements than a fuelvehicle suspension. based on the need for cruising range, the body weight ofcurrent pure electric models is relatively large, and considering the overalllayout of the car, most electric models will place the battery pack in thesecond half of the car. this has led to an increased load on the rearsuspension, which requires a suspension system with a stronger carryingcapacity. secondly, the battery pack of an electric vehicle is relatively easyto be damaged. when it encounters high temperature, bumps, squeezes orcollisions, it can easily affect normal use and even cause some safetyproblems. because of this, there are many factors that need to be considered inthe design and use of suspension systems for electric vehicles. in addition toensuring the stability of the car, it must also be able to play a cushioningand bumping role, and try to avoid batteries damage. finally, pure electricvehicles work more quietly than fuel vehicles and rarely produce noise. thisleads to the noise of pure electric models being easily detected, and evenaffect the user experience. therefore, it is necessary to control the vibrationand noise transmission of the car. at this time, it is extremely important tohave a strong suspension system. not only can reduce the noise produced by thebumps of the car, but also can play a role in damping and protecting the car'sinternal parts.
