1. 研究目的与意义(文献综述)
as increasing the level of industry in our country in recent years, our country's industry in the development process until now as a whole in terms of quality, they are increasingly demanding in the quality of aluminum alloy in large tanker tanks in order to ensure the safety of large tank car work, large tank car aluminum tank must have fatigue, stamping resistance, corrosion resistance, etc. the safety performance of the same with the high quality, high technology products, also to the requirement of welding technology has high quality in improving the operating environment well the advantages of low labor intensity automatic welding of aluminum alloy bodywork welding methodin order to achieve real-time adaptive intelligent welding production, laser welding seam tracking technology, as the most effective solution in welding path control, has become the research heat in the welding field at home and abroad [1-2].
laser welding technology has the advantage of high precision, high reliability, high production and processing efficiency, high welding cost and so on. it has been widely applied and developed in automobile manufacturing and processing. under the influence of this, the laser tracking technology of aluminum alloy welding seams in china has been greatly improved and developed[3] .
ni jiaming et al.[4]carried out experimental research on the integration and application of automatic welding system for aerospace aluminum alloy complex structures based on laser sensing robot to realize the complex path of gap 0.2-10mm and wrong side 0.1-3mm, as well as the adaptive tracking and adjustment of gradient gap 1-4mm, so as to form uniform weld penetration.
2. 研究的基本内容与方案
2.1 research basic contents
(1)principle and function of laser tracking system for welding seam track of aluminum alloy tank body of large tank car.
the system consists of a robot, a sensor, a holder, a welding gun, a controller, and a description of its component functions.through its structure and function, the principle of laser tracking weld track is described.
