1. 研究目的与意义（文献综述）

研究目的

海外项目，一般指由外国政府或国际组织提供资金，并在咨询、施工、设备材料采购及劳务供应等方面部分或全部实行由国内公司经营的工程项目，海外项目经营是国际间复杂的商业性交易活动，与国际政治、经济环境等形势密切相关，环境和市场的变化会严重影响到国际工程业务的成败。

2. 研究的基本内容与方案

基本内容和目标

本文的主要工作是以中国承包商到海外承包工程为背景，以中外双方视角，研究海外工程承包失败项目的成因。本文的主要研究内容是：（1）实证分析海外工程承包中的面临的政治、经济、社会、文化、技术等独特因素归纳海外工程承包项目失败原因；（2）提出一个适用于中国海外工程承包商的工程管理的思维模式；（3）分析该管理模式的有效性及局限性。

3. 研究计划与安排

第1～2周. 收集并熟悉海外工程相关资料，撰写开题报告.

第3～4周.完成英文文献翻译任务，列出研究工作的框架.

第5周.完成本项研究的背景、研究的必要性和重要性的论证分析
