1. 研究目的与意义(文献综述)
1.aimand significance(recent research status)
in recent years,with the advent of environmental and resource issues, research on new energyvehicles has become the main direction of research in the automotive field.pure electric vehicles have gradually occupied the new energy vehicle marketbecause of their safety, comfort, environmental protection, and energy saving.took the lead. according to statistics from 2018, annual global sales of newenergy vehicles reached 2.37 million units, and annual sales of new energyvehicles in china reached 1.25 million units, of which pure electric vehiclesales accounted for nearly 80%. however, issues such as battery life and charging/ discharging time are still limiting the further development of pure electricvehicles. with the research on the main components of electric vehicles, energycontrol technology and motor technology have matured, while battery technologyis in the bottleneck period, and it is difficult to make major breakthroughs ina short time. therefore, how to make full use of the limited battery capacity,increase the cruising range and reduce the charging frequency has become amajor research direction at this stage, and one of the key points is theresearch of the body.
at present, domestic and foreign researchon pure electric vehicle technology has been conducted, and domestic researchis still in its initial stage. foreign studies on pure electric vehicle body havealready begun, japan has begun to study it as early as the 1970s. and othercompanies established a project in 1991 that specializes in researchingbatteries for pure electric vehicles. however, whether it is at home or abroad,since the body of a pure electric vehicle is not much different from a fuelcar, its design process and manufacturing process are basically the same asthose of a fuel car. therefore, there are relatively few studies specificallyon pure electric vehicle bodies, and the design of the body is not justconsidering its mechanical properties. the appearance of the body is a veryimportant part. therefore, the design of the car body is not only the workcompleted by the engineer independently, but also the problems of art fieldssuch as color matching, sculpting, and hand-painting. the design process isunique and cannot be quantified. zheng hongli [1] proposed thedifference between the design process of pure electric vehicle body andtraditional fuel body. li zhongkui [2] obtained the maincharacteristics of pure electric vehicle body through the difference betweenthe layout of the main parts of pure electric vehicle and fuel vehicle. thebody design provides a reference. zhu hao [3] and jin zhefei [4] respectively gave examples of body weight reduction, and proposed apure electric vehicle body optimization process. hu yufei [5] andgao yongwei [6] put forward the main process of preliminary designof pure electric vehicle body by discussing how to determine the basic shape ofthe body. from the aspect of body materials, sun liping [7] proposedthat steel materials would still be widely used as body materials. li zhiyi [8] and li yan [9] gave specific examples of pure electric vehiclebody design.
