1. 研究目的与意义（文献综述）

civil aviation plays an important part in the era of globalization. english, as an international language, is now used in the field of civil aviation. except of vocabulary, tone of voice and grammar, elements of pragmatics are also used widely. cooperative principle is one of the most important principles in linguistics, it shares a massive application in the fields of pragmatics. it is necessary for flight attendant to know and learn this principle to help them communicate with passengers. safety in the air depends on flight attendant and the method they use in speaking.

summarize and analyze the major existing research methods about human factors in civil aviation industry. point out their shortcomings.the purpose of this study is to provide a new theoretical guidance and reliable data for human factor research in civil aviation, and to make the result of human factor analysis more comprehensive, thorough and accurate. as wang yonggang(王永刚，2010), wu pangen(吴潘根，2010)say. human factors are always discussed now. we know there happens so many accidents in the air. the way flight attendent solve problems and the way they communicate with passengers are still not perfect. it is necessary to improve the skill of speaking in civil aviation. a discussion on conversational implicature caused by violation of cooperative principle is written by liu shangfen(刘尚芬，2011) and yang ling(杨玲，2011). cooperative principle includes the maxim of quantity, the maxim of quality, the maxim of realation and the maxim of manner. people sometimes violate cooperative principle to express their minds, while in civil aviation we hardly use it.

cooperative principle is believed to play a regulative role in english-speaking communication and any real or apparent violations of the maxims of cooperative principle will lead to what we call “conversational implicature”, but this is not the case in chinese culture. chinese language users only conform to the maxim of relevance of the cooperative principle in a broad sense. cooperative principle is quite limited to explain the natural chinese expressions. five causes that account for this are discussed in this paper(yuanxiu he,2012). there are so many differerces between chinese and english, we still try to mix the two languages. we chinese have our own culture, how to make cooperative principle fill in chinese is a big problem. the violation of cooperative principles and four maxims in iranian psychological consultation is written by two foreigners arezou sobhani(arezou sobhani,2014), ali saghebi(ali saghebi,2014). this paper aimed to investigate new ways ofunderstanding non-cooperative attitudes of the speakers and the violation ofcooperative principle maxims in real iranian psychological consulting session. the data base consists ofrecorded conversations between a male psychotherapist and his patients duringtherapy sessions. after analysing their language by means of conversationalimplicature and the occurrences of the violation of cooperative principle, it is concluded that the recognition ofconversational implicature isessential for the understanding of thenon-cooperative attitudes of the speakers and their violation of one or more cooperative principle maxims.

2. 研究的基本内容与方案

This thesis focuses on the principles, the specific methods and the implementation of civil aviation English, and the general points will be the following. First, list some examples happened in flights. In this part, point out the problems and solve them. Second, the introduction of cooperative principle. In this part, introduce why cooperative principle is important and how to use it in civil aviation English.The specific methods play important role in the air. Third, it is the implementation part. In this part, the analysis of the problems in the process of implementation and how to avoid them. Avoiding the mistakes can make it more efficiently. Last, the conclusion part summarizes the whole system of civil aviation English.

The research methods adopted in this thesis mainly include: literature search method, case analysis method and comparison analysis method.
