1. 研究目的与意义(文献综述)
with the developmentof information technology, artificial intelligence, and natural languageprocessing, the translation technology has greatly advanced, which challengesthe traditional translation model with a pen, a paper and a dictionary.nowadays, translation is increasingly diverse and professional, and it needsmore coordination and is gradually informatize.
the study and teaching of computer-aidedtranslation in foreign countries started earlier than us. for example, thespanish translation ability research group pacte 2003 proposed a revised modelwhich includes six factors, namely, bilingual ability, extra-linguistic ability,tool-using ability, strategy ability, related knowledge of translation andphysical and psychological factors. the tool-using ability means that translatorshould be able to use various kinds of literature material sources andinformation technology to solve the problems in translation. the austrianscientific funding research program transcomp (2009), hosted by susannegopferich, established a translation ability model, in which the “tool andresearch ability” is in accordance with the “tool-using ability and alsodemonstrated the specific contents of tool-using ability, such like term bank, parallel texts, search engine,terminology management system, translation management system, machinetranslation system, etc. besides, the ability of use translation technology hasalso become one of the most standards to evaluate translator’s ability. forexample, in the teaching program of the european master of translation andinterpreting program, (emt), the ability to use translation technology hasbecome one of the teaching priorities. in the translation department of europe,canada (university of ottawa for example) and the united states (montereyinstitute of international studies for example), systematic translationtechnology courses has been opened to improve students’ ability.
the research of computer-aided translationin china is also fruitful. searching the key word “ computer-aided translation”on cnki, we can find 911 relevant literature, mainly distributed on “chinesetranslator’s journal”, “shanghai journal of translators” and many other majorprofessional translation journals. the number of relevant literature grow fastin the recent five years, in 2015, there are 112 relevant literatures, thus wecan see the computer-aided translation is greatly emphasized in translationfield. until 2014, there are 206 universities have set up mti ( master oftranslation and interpreting) major, and they also emphasize the skill of computer –aided translation.
