研究的目的及意义Tidal flooding, also known as sunny day flooding[ or nuisance flooding,is the temporary inundation of low-lying areas, especially streets, during exceptionally high tide events, such as at full and new moons. The highest tides of the year may be known as theking tide, with the month varying by location.Semarang city is the capital of Central Java province that is experiencing growth and rapid urban growth. In the last 30 years, Semarang city experienced tidal flood. One of the major causes of this tidal flood disaster is land subsidence. Land subsidence inflict hydrological landscape or sea level is higher then the surrounding land. As most people are well aware, the immediate impacts of flooding include loss of human life, damage to property, destruction of crops, loss of livestock, and deterioration of health conditions owing to waterborne diseases. As communication links and infrastructure such as power plants, roads and bridges are damaged and disrupted, some economic activities may come to a standstill, people are forced to leave their homes and normal life is disrupted.希望通过本设计,可以对三宝垄滨海地区未来海洋扩张情况进行预测,做出相应的合理规划,将海平面上升带来的危害减至最小。

3. 研究的基本内容与计划

研究内容及计划:研究内容:通过查阅文献及询问当地居民,搜集近百年来三宝垄滨海区海岸线的变化情况,在结合现有研究,充分分析海岸线变化原因的基础上,总结并预测其海岸线未来的发展,进行具有前瞻性和可持续的规划设计,以引导海洋扩张,优化城市结构。

研究计划:2018.12.082019.01.11:选题,完成开题报告以及综合文献、阅读指定任务书。

2019.01.142019.03.20:查阅相关数据和资料,进行前期分析。

特色与创新:设计的目的在于解决实际问题,海平面上涨是温室效应下不可避免的自然现象,印尼居民深受其影响。

目前国内有众多应对海平面上涨的理论研究,但鲜少有解决这一问题的景观设计项目。
