A Study of Green Ecological Community Landscape and Planning of Sustainable Development (节选)

Introduction

The thought of discipline infusion is applied in this research, which breaks the limitation of traditional thoughts. All-round systematic research is conducted for the construction of Shibo Eco-friendly City from the perspective of multiple disciplines; the framework of construction of sustainable green eco-community is put forward; based on the analysis on the macro-economic environment of Shibo Eco-friendly City development and market demand, sustainable ecologic planning of Shibo community landscape is raised in this research. The steps and methods of landscape ecologic planning is detailed illustrated and the landscape adaptability is analyzed. Meanwhile, inputting and outputting analysis and comprehensive evaluation of the development schemes of Shibo Eco-friendly City are conducted in order to make the development decision of Shibo Eco-friendly City more scientific through this research.

Community is the main place where people live and the important component of city. During the intensified urbanization process, how to create better living environment and home as the living environment in earth becomes increasingly severe has become peoplersquo;s focus. At the same time, people have higher requirements for their main living communities along with the improvement of economic level. At such premise, a sustainable gathering mode for humans-eco-community emerges at the right moment.

In recent years, low carbon theory has become the new coordinate of urban development under the background of global warming. How to devote to build a harmonious low carbon eco-community also becomes an important project scholars from all countries discuss. The urban low carbon eco-community aims at infuse the low carbon theory into the planning of eco-community; therefore the harmonious new community with low carbon in system and ecology in function can be built. Low carbon eco-community is not only the important approach to ease environmental risk but also the important measure to build harmonious living environment.

2.Connotations and features of low carbon eco-community

2.1.The connotations of low carbon eco-community

During the researching process of low carbon eco-community, the connotations of low carbon eco-community become a comprehensive project including society, culture, economy and environment from the original narrow viewpoint of reducing carbon emission. Low carbon city planning is the important approach to realize the sustainable development of city, and the city construction mode and social development mode which is helpful to reduce carbon emission at the premise of constant improvement of living quality via transformation of economic development mode, consuming theory and lifestyle.

Low carbon eco-community, as one of the important components of low carbon city, means designing and organizing the space environment inside and outside the community and using minimum energy and resource most effectively based on community planning and on the basis of sustainable development theory and ecology theory, centered on the harmony of man and nature and through modern ecologic technology. The connotations of low carbon eco-community not only are limited to the category of ecology, more of a complex with the joint development of environment, society and economy. External factors and internal environment, society and economy interact with each other, constituting the harmonious living environment of humans.

2.2.Features of low carbon eco-community

2.2.1.Ecological harmony

The low carbon feature of low carbon eco-community is mainly showed in the ecology of nature, society and economy, referring to the high-quality environment index, the structure mode of living area giving priority to greenbelt, wide nature space, better nature affinity individual, team and organization in the community infuse the view of ecology into its own ideology and value orientation and more harmonious neighboring relations can be achieved. Meanwhile, the community must take the road of ecological economy development and help the economy realize sustainability. Ecological harmony is also embodied in the harmony between man and nature. What the low carbon eco-community stresses is the harmony between man and nature and the idea of sustainable development. Therefore, it should be a multi-functional community, presenting the harmony and unification of man, architecture and environment and infusing the thoughts including separation of pedestrian and vehicles, green buildings, ecological footpath, etc. in to construction.

2.2.2.Low carbon circularity

It is mainly embodied in community planning, energy structure, living consumption and other aspects. The energy structure that the low carbon eco-community adopts can improve the use efficiency of energy and realize the cleaning, safety and high-efficient use of energy.
