摘 要

在经济全球化的影响下,我国渐渐走进国际经济的步伐中去,对外贸易领域也产生了巨大的变化,独家垄断的局面被打破。在日益竞争激烈的市场环境中,如此多的外贸公司如何更好的发展?本文认为,要使我国对外贸易公司得到更好更快的发展,首先需要做的就是研究市场,然后提高外贸公司在国际中的知名度,开发更多的市场,招揽更多客户,扩大出口力度,增强自身的实力以扩大竞争力。同时我们需要知道,医药类化工产品是比较特殊的一种产品,经过多年的发展,我国医药化工类产业已经有了自己初步的规模。但是我国医药类产品尤其是根据国际市场需求开发的具有市场潜力的产品,如何扩大出口依旧是医药化工类产业需要研究并且解决的问题。

本文首先分析国际贸易相关理论以及新的国家对外贸易政策,提出了相关对外贸易公司的发展策略。

其次,论文分析了国际医药市场的现状,其中包含世界制药行业的现状,欧美出口市场的现状,以及药品销售现状,并且分析了未来国际市场发展趋势。

然后,论文分析了我国目前医药类产品的出口现状,比如我国医药类产品出口的优势劣势以及瓶颈是什么,针对分析出来的状况,本文提出了相应的解决措施,比如外贸公司根据国家政策以及国内外市场的实际情况相应的调整并优化自己的经营策略,改变自己老旧的经营思路,从多个方面调整自己,扩大自身的目标市场以及经营范围,加强科研投资,加快对外开放的步伐,减少投资的盲目性,走可持续发展的道路。

最后,本文通过对Crown Bioscience Inc.的分析,提出了一些改善经营状态的思路,并且重点分析公司专注的肿瘤和代谢类疾病药物的未来发展趋势,以及开拓市场的公司发展策略。

Export Problems and Development Strategy of Chemical Drugs

Abstract

Under the influence of economic globalization, China has gradually stepped into the pace of the international economy. The foreign trade field has also undergone tremendous changes, and the monopoly has been broken. In the increasingly fiercely competitive market environment, how do so many foreign trade companies develop better? This paper believes that in order for China’s foreign trade companies to achieve better and faster development, the first thing that needs to be done is to study the market and then increase the number of foreign trade companies. International reputation, the development of more markets, solicit more customers, expand export efforts, and strengthen their own strength to expand their competitiveness. At the same time, we need to know that pharmaceutical chemical products are rather special products. After years of development, our country’s pharmaceutical and chemical industries have already reached their initial scale. However, China’s pharmaceutical products, especially products with market potential developed according to the needs of the international market, are sill the problems that pharmaceutical and chemical industries need to study and solve.

This article first analyzes the relevant theories of international trade and the new national foreign trade policy, and puts forward the development strategy of related foreign trading companies.

Secondly, the paper analyzes the status quo of the international pharmaceutical market, which includes the status quo of the world’s pharmaceutical industry, the status quo of the European and American export markets, and the status of drug sales, and analyzes the future development trend of the international market.

Then, the paper analyzes the current status of China’s pharmaceutical products’ exports, such as the advantages and disadvantages of China’s pharmaceutical products’ exports, and what the bottleneck is. According to the analysis of the situation, this paper proposes corresponding solutions, such as foreign trade companies according to national policies and domestic The actual situation of the foreign market has adjusted and optimized its own business strategy accordingly, changed its old business ideas, adjusted itself from multiple aspects, expanded its own target market and business scope, strengthened research investment, accelerated the pace of opening to the outside world, and reduced the blindness of investment, take the road of sustainable development.

Finally, through the analysis of Crown Bioscience Inc., this article puts forward some ideas for improving the management status, and focuses on analyzing the company’s future trends in the development of drugs for cancer and metabolic diseases, as well as company development strategies for market development.

1.1 选题目的和意义

高新技术行业是目前发展最快行业之一,医药制造业作为其中一行,也是竞争的焦点,中国医药制造业发展相比国外来说起步较晚,所以中国应该大力发展医药制药业,增强医药制造业竞争力。

医药产品是比较特殊的一种商品,在使用分类中可以分为以下三种,化学药,中药,生物制药。其中化学药的生产量和使用量是最大的,也是竞争最激烈的。改革开放以来,经济发展取得了巨大进步,我国的化学制药行业也已经发展了几十年,中国医药对外贸易呈现上升趋势,尽管总的来说发展形式较好,但是仍然存在一些问题。国内许多工厂软件硬件环境以及管理都跟不上要求,虽然已经通过了国内GMP认证,但是出口到国外的话还需要美国FDA的认证,然而国内很少有工厂能达到这个要求,我国出口的医药类化工产品大多都是原料药以及前步产品医药的中间体,这仅仅是为了国外的医药公司的不断生产提供基础。由于原料药和中间体的出口是不需要有认证要求的,这就导致国内许多化工类工厂在同一时间制作同一个化工类产品,导致各大化工类企业仅仅是在低水平的价格竞争中往返徘徊,最终受害者只是各个化工类生产厂家。
