民族因素在居住格局形成中的影响毕业论文

摘 要

在新疆地区快速城市化的背景下，出现了少数民族人口大量涌入城市,少数民族城市化水平快速提高的趋势。这一过程将会对新疆城市居住格局产生巨大的影响。本文从个体通过居住意愿来影响居住格局这一研究思路出发，调查了民族因素对新疆籍大学生的居住意愿是否存在明显的影响，藉以研究民族居住格局的变迁趋势。

调查研究发现，当前新疆籍大学生群体而言，民族因素对居住选择的影响不明显。对新疆籍大学生居住意愿影响最大的因素是社会环境，其次是交通区位。因此本文认为，新疆城市居住格局变迁趋势，民族因素的影响日益降低。对此本文提出了改善社会环境，完善基础设施，减小民族间经济水平差异等建议和对策。

ABSTRACT

In the context of rapid urbanization in Xinjiang , there has been a tendency towards the rapid influx of ethnic minorities of a large number of ethnic groups . This process will have a huge impact on the pattern of urban living in Xinjiang . This paper explores whether the national factors have a significant impact on the living expectation of Xinjiang university students , and then studies the trend of the change of ethnic living pattern of the individual's research intention of influencing the living pattern .

The study found that the current situation of Xinjiang university students , the national factors on the choice of living is not obvious . The biggest factor affecting the living expectation of college students in Xinjiang is the social environment , followed by traffic location . Therefore , this paper argues that the trend of urban living pattern changes and the influence of ethnic factors is decreasing day by day . This paper puts forward suggestions and countermeasures to improve the social environment , improve the infrastructure and reduce the economic differences between ethnic groups .
